The 7th M&A International Lawyers Conference is organized by RWP Wassermann & Partners. This year’s conference will take place in Dresden from 21 to 23 October 2011 and will focus in particular on the responsibility and liability of management and advisors in M&A transactions. We have managed again this year to engage a large number of high quality speakers from all over the world.

We are looking forward to sharing experiences from different jurisdictions and to find out what we can learn from our colleagues in avoiding liability of advisors and management involved in a transaction. As usual, the conference proceedings will be supplemented by a social program that will also visit the famous Semperoper Dresden on Saturday night.
