International M&A Conference
The M&A International Lawyers Conference was established 13 years ago and took place in a variety of different locations, such as Paris, Milan, Brussels, Malmo/Copenhagen, Prague, Berlin. The Conference has established as a highly appreciated event to intensify the business relationship and to offer a forum to present the respective activities. Also attendees which have not been attending former M&A Conferences yet will integrate themselves quickly and enjoy the familiar atmosphere which offers possibilities of networking and of exchanging ideas. The Conference addresses not only to M&A lawyers but also to lawyers covering other areas of law as well as to businessmen who like to exchange thoughts on particular aspects of international transactions.

The 13th International M&A Conference will be held in Düsseldorf. We will offer a broad range of highly qualified speakers from different countries. The speakers will explain, on the one hand, specific particularities of their respective national laws to be taken into consideration when dealing with transactions involving their jurisdictions and, on the other hand, particularities with regard to specific questions raised in the course of M&A deals. Some of the presenters will focus more on cases they have dealt with and others will give you a broader outline of trends and developments.
The fee for attending the Conference (incl. social program) is € 590,00 (plus VAT). The fee for guests attending the social program is € 190,00 (plus VAT). Invoices with bank details will be issued after registration.
